We have an update on the upcoming court proceedings.
The hearing is now scheduled for April 28–30, and the Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) remains in effect.
The court date was extended to ensure sufficient time to fully present the case. The lead legal teams at Butler Snow and Snell Law determined that one day would not be enough to cover the complexity and importance of the issues at hand. This additional time allows for a more thorough presentation and strengthens our ability to achieve a favorable outcome.
We are still awaiting confirmation on whether the hearing will be publicly broadcast.
Attending the Hearing:
Members of the public are permitted to attend in person. If you plan to be there—especially as a representative of the industry—please be mindful of the following:
- Dress in appropriate courtroom attire
- Do not use any substances on court premises
- Avoid anything that could impair your functionality or create the appearance (including odor) of being under the influence
- Please also note: recording is not permitted without prior approval.
We appreciate everyone’s continued support as we move through this critical phase. We will update with information pertinent to viewing as it becomes available.
